AROUND THE WORLD, WOMEN ARE ALREADY LEADING CHANGE. WORLD PULSE ENSURES THEY DON'T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE.

Across 195 countries, more than 85,000 women are building a global network to supercharge their leadership. On World Pulse, women turn ideas into collective action — proving that when women support one another, communities thrive.

HALF THE WORLD'S LEADERS ARE HELD BACK BY GENDER INEQUITY

2.4 Billion

women and girls live with profund gender inequity

- systematically limiting access to education, healthcare, economic opportunity, connections, and decision making power.

Over 70% of Sustainable Development Goals depend on gender equity to succeed,

according to a recent Equal Measures report.

Yet, a girl born today will not live to see gender equity in her lifetime.

The World economic Forum estimates it will take over 100 years to close the global gender gap, and not one single country on Earth has achieved it yet.

Gender inequity excludes women’s leadership and creates real, systemic barriers to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

Award-Winning Stories

From Classrooms to Clinics - Leaders on World Pulse Report Life-changing Outcomes

We sent mails to the authorities like Prime Minister, President and the Supreme Court Judges and got a positive response. We have even organized a protest where we voiced out how community dogs too have the right to live and eat as the humans do. Personally, we have done various awareness campaigns too in order to emphasize the need of each and every species in this environment.

WHAT'S NEXT: A Truly Community-Led World Pulse

At World Pulse, we believe the way we operate should reflect the change we seek to create. This year, we deepened our commitment to aligning our organization with our theory of change - building a World Pulse that is increasingly designed, governed, and led by our community.

To shift power from institution to community, we have:

  • Completed a global community listening process to shape the future of World Pulse.
  • Launched community governance committees to guide strategy, programs, and organizational priorities.
  • Approved a technology roadmap by community representatives, ensuring the platform evolves in response to their needs.
  • Expanded stipended opportunities for community members to facilitate programs, steward initiatives, and strengthen the network.

WHAT'S NEXT

We believe that World Pulse will be stronger when it is designed, governed, and led by its membership. The World Pulse Board, team, and Governance bodies are co-creating an organizational structure that will enable deep powershifting.
